Radical polymerizationWe consider polymerization requirements of a wide range of polymers based on polymerization methods in existence such as suspension, solution and emulsion on a laboratory scale, and do trial production run (tens ~ hundreds of grams).We also deal with living polymerization. |
Anionic polymerizationWe considerate synthesis of polymers by anionic polymerization method on a laboratory scale.We handle anionic polymerization tests whose candidates are styrene derivative, 1,3-dienes, (meth) acrylic acid ester and so on. We cover living anionic polymerization as well as small-scale synthesis trial on a scale of flask. |

UV curable resinWe are entrusted with experiments and researches related to UV curable resin.We cover small amount synthesis of UV curable oligomer, analysis of uncured resin composition, basic physical property of resin hardener, evaluation tests for exploring usages, formula consideration, small quantity production for evaluation sample and all. |
Cross-linked (vulcanization) rubberWe compound a wide range of raw rubber with vulcanizing agent, auxiliary agent, accelerator, softener, lubricant, filler, reinforcing agent.We also cross-link them with heat press (vulcanization), evaluate performance of those formulation ingredients, and consider formulations. |
Polymer compositeWe optimize material option and production conditions on the functional compound such as conducting materials and highly heat-conductive materials, nanofiller dispersion and a variety of mixed compounds with impact modifier, flame retardant and plasticizing agent. |
Composite materialsWe handle formula consideration targeting fiber-reinforced composite materials such as CFRP and GFRP, evaluation of matrix resin, physical property measurement, trial production run.We also deal with CFRTS and CFRTP. |
Coating materialsWe evaluate and review paint compounding ingredients such as paint resin, pigment, extender pigment and addition ingredients.We conduct assessments for functional coating and hard coat agent. Surface reforming (hydrophilicity, water shedding property) of coating materials and those for auto refinish, for pre-painted metal, for plastics are evaluated. |
AdhesivesOn a wide range of adhesives such as structural adhesives, heat-resistant adhesives, one-component adhesives, hot melt adhesives, UV curable adhesives, and pressure-sensitive adhesives, we select base resin and addition ingredients.We consider formulas and conduct various performance tests as well. In addition, we explore the usage of feedstocks and addictive agents, and consider formula of adhesives. |
Seal materialsThe formulas of molding compound focusing around transfer molding sealing material and liquid potting resin are considered.We provide assessments of curability, moldability and cured properties. We also do a trial production run (100~200g). |
Printed writing board materials, laminated platesWe evaluate the resin components used in rigid printed circuit board (glass epoxy laminate), flexible printed circuit, build-up materials.Furthermore, we study the composition, prototype laminated plate samples (around 100mm), and evaluate the basic physical properties. |
